The new head of the Federal tourism Agency was Zarina doguzova

Zarina doguzova was appointed head of the Federal Agency for tourism (Rosturizm) on 07.02.2009.

Zarina doguzova was born on April 25, 1985 in Tskhinvali, South Ossetian Autonomous region Of the Georgian SSR, where she graduated from school in 2002. Now this area is known as South Ossetia. In 2008, Ms. doguzova graduated from the faculty of international journalism of the Moscow state Institute of international relations (MGIMO). And from 2008 to 2012 she worked in the Department of press service and information of the government of the Russian Federation-a time when the Prime Minister was Vladimir Putin.

After Putin returned to the presidency of the Russian Federation in 2012, Zarina doguzova goes to work in the presidential Administration, where she worked until February 2019. Since 2015, she has held the position of head of the Department for support of major international events in the Office of the President of the Russian Federation for public relations and communications. The tasks of this Department include the analysis of the position of the media and public opinion on various issues of state policy, the development of a strategy for information support of decisions of the Russian President, and more, including the Sochi 2014 Olympics and the 2018 FIFA world Cup. In 2015, she was awarded the rank of class of the state Councilor of the second class. Doguzova is also a member of the Supervisory Board of the Amur tiger center, established by the Russian geographical society on the initiative of Vladimir Putin. This Council is headed by Deputy Prime Minister—head of the government staff Konstantin Chuichenko.
